The Military Academy “General Mihailo Apostolski” – Skopje participated in the second transnational meeting organized within the scope of the “Smart Education and Training PrOgram For central and local government servants: Embrace vulnerability as our greatest and innovative tools For risk management” – SETOFF (2021-1-ЕЛО1-КА220-ВЕТ-00003026) project on 21 and 22 of November 2022 in Benaguasil, Spain.
The meeting was opened by the Mayor of Benaguasil whereas the attendees from the partner institutions from North Macedonia, Greece, Belgium, and Spain shared important milestones mapping the next steps in achieving project goals in the process of its implementation.
During the event, the Military Academy representatives presented their contribution regarding project activities, especially in the area of e-learning platform creation and online presence related to effective project visibility, opening a forum for further promotion of project activities and their successful realization.
The project aims to improve the readiness and occupational safety of crisis management and protection and rescue sectors, as well as to incorporate the private sector in the process of future crisis and emergencies management by developing innovative e-training based on successfully tested and implemented simulation model combined with the latest scientific findings and comprehensive training and education needs analysis.
