Andrej Iliev is born on 22.05.1978 year in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. He finished primary and secondary school in Skopje as a student of generation. In 2001 he finished Military academy. During 2005 he finished his master studies and in 2009 his PhD studies in Historical institute under UKIM. He is married and father of two children. He is Macedonian by nationality.
