The Vice-Dean for Finance and Investments performs work tasks determined by the Dean, which fall within the scope of the Academy's business and property financing. He is a member of the Dean's Office of the Academy. In the absence of the Dean, he may preside over the Teaching and Scientific Council sessions.
Dr. Nevena Serafimova is an Associate Professor at the General Mihailo Apostolski Military Academy in Skopje and a visiting professor at the European University in Skopje. Her research interests are in the fields of theoretical and applied mathematics, mathematical modeling, game theory, and risk management.
Education
She received her Master's degree (2009) and PhD (2015) from the Institute of Mathematics at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, UKIM, Skopje.
She graduated from the Institute of Mathematics, Theoretical Direction, Faculty of Natural Sciences, UKIM, Skopje, in 1995.
Training and development
She attended trainings, seminars and workshops on the contents, methodologies and tools used in contemporary educational processes and training. He is a certified trainer under the international NATO Defence Education Enhancement Program (DEEP).
She actively participated in the organization and execution of international computer-supported exercises (simulations).
Membership in pro-scientific associations
Member of the Union of Mathematicians of Macedonia.
Member of the municipal, regional, and state high school math competition committees.
Information technology
Has certified knowledge in information technologies and actively uses all office applications.
