Oslo, Norway – February 11-13, 2025
A delegation from the Military Academy "General Mihailo Apostolski" – Skopje participated in the "International Week" organized by the Norwegian Defence University College (NDUC) in Oslo from February 11 to 13, 2025. This visit reinforced academic cooperation and strengthened ties between the two institutions.
The Macedonian delegation, composed of Dr. Sc. Nevena Serafimova, Associate Professor, Vice Dean for Finance and Investments, Lt. Col. Dr. Sc. Ljupcho Shosholovski, Assistant Professor, Erasmus+ Coordinator, and MA Elena Trajanovska, Senior Lecturer, Deputy Erasmus+ Coordinator, engaged in discussions aimed at advancing military education and leadership development.
A key highlight of the visit was the meeting with Macedonian cadets currently on mobility in Norway. The delegation had the opportunity to observe their participation in the Complex Operations Course and the Matrix Game simulation, providing valuable insights into strategic decision-making and operational planning. The cadets shared their experiences, emphasizing the benefits of international exchange in developing military leadership skills.
The visit also included discussions with the leadership of NDUC, organized by the Head of Internationalization, Marit Rye-Ramberg, focusing on expanding future collaboration and knowledge-sharing between institutions.
