The two-day Regional Workshop titled “Individual and Regionally-Based Cyber and Hybrid Threats and Challenges in South East Europe” took place in Tirana, Albania, October 2-3, 2024. Organized by RACVIAC – Centre for Security Cooperation, the Ministry of Defense of Albania, and the Military Academy “General Mihailo Apostolski” from Skopje, the event is part of the broader initiative “Strengthening SEE Resilience in Cyber Security Against Hybrid Threats.”
The Workshop was officially opened by H.E. Ambassador Constantin-Mihail Grigorie, Director of RACVIAC, Mr. Dorian Tola, Deputy Minister of Defense of Albania, and LTC prof. Dr. Sc. Dimitar Bogatinov, representing the Military Academy “General Mihailo Apostolski.”
